In scheme it is a plant that develops in “L”, leaving an area for the pool and leisure inside.
The interior-exterior connection is evident with the large open spaces in the different rooms.
The program is very clean: a large living-kitchen-dining room, a single bedroom suite with bathroom and dressing room, a toilet and laundry area.
The living room is organized with extra height that also opens to the outside through a large window.

This gives us an excellent amplitude and great quality in the spaces that connect with each other.
The house, despite the clean and pure volumetry, is not poor as a whole.
The lighting is the protagonist in this project, giving emphasis to the different facade elements.
It is a house with an air of Mediterranean architecture, where white, eaves, pergola, etc. predominate.
Without forgetting the orientation, which has been studied to ensure sunshine to the house and pool.
