The plot is arranged in a very simple way: the house, isolated, is located in the northern half leaving room for an entrance area, parking, porch and pool.
The volumetry is organized in “L”; this gives rise to a project whose spaces take advantage of the orientation and climate of the Costa del Sol.
When locating the different pieces on the plot, we find a topography with a very steep slope.
Thus, the pool is directly related to the house in the same plane and then it is fanning out, and in this way, different terraces arise, including the overflowing pool to enhance the privileged views enjoyed by this property (See Image 02).

To meet this expectation, the main idea of the project has been to respect the incredible beauty of the sea view and the natural environment, through the use of pure and well framed lines (See Image 03).

To fulfill this dialectic interior-exterior purpose, we have used large glass surfaces and selected quality materials for its finishing.
In this way we obtain the necessary transparency for visual communication with the sea, a permanent inspiration.
Keeping in mind at all times the spatial continuity and the sequence of spaces (See Image 04).

Regarding the program, the first floor features the living-dining room, a bathroom and a very functional and modern kitchen with central island support.
All facing the sea and the outside deck to provide a real sense of perfect indoor-outdoor living.
On the second floor are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a large dressing room, plus private terraces with magnificent views.

The owners are proud of the final result, because the house has a unique value; it is contemporary in design, refined in the truth of the materials and attentive to the environmental impact.
