The programs (recreational, functional) are separated into two levels, with the staircase as an articulating element.
In the basement we find a cinema room, a music room and a gym.
The main floor with kitchen and living room, two single bedrooms and one en suite and a spa area, which includes a heated pool and sauna (See Image 02).

The idea is to achieve spaciousness with open spaces in the day areas, so the kitchen is integrated into the living room forming a sequence of spaces and a spatial continuity that can be expanded by opening completely to the outside (See Image 03).
