The plot is arranged in a very simple way: the house, isolated, is located in the center leaving room for an entrance area, parking, porch and a huge pool.
This allows to have views to all its fronts, and generate a greater number of facades exposed to a visual volumetry.
The programs (recreational, functional) are separated into two levels, with the staircase as an articulating element.
On the first floor we find a spacious kitchen and a living-dining room.
The second floor has two en suite bedrooms with access to private terraces from these spaces.
To fulfill this dialectic interior-exterior purpose, we have used large glass surfaces and selected quality materials for their finishing.
Keeping in mind at all times the spatial continuity and the sequence of spaces.
