It will function as a large hall for all kinds of events that can be developed in the municipality; an open space made of light.
The recomposition of the volumes of the project allows the different elements of the program to be integrated into a coherent overall composition.
The building also enjoys a renewed and modern image; the facade has a harmonious rhythm given by the large openings to let natural light into the building, which in turn provide a play of transparency.
