The decision to build a house is always the right one, the architect will always recommend a “tailor-made suit” that adapts to the situation of each person in every way. When starting a project of a house, many factors must be taken into account, here I make a brief summary of some of them that are the most important in my opinion: project, deadlines and budget.

1. Project. It is necessary to think about the project as a whole. Before starting, it will be necessary to define the program of needs (1 or 2 floors, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, basement,…). With the program in hand you can locate the different rooms and make fluid communications and that spend few meters.

2. Deadlines. The times play in favor or against depending on how we organize them. It will be necessary to take into account project drafting, licensing and construction deadlines. Here we can include that the whole can be organized by phases.

3. Budget. No less important is the total amount that the whole development is going to cost us. We must not forget at this point the prices of the technical equipment, financial, licenses, notary/registry and, of course, the work (which will always be the biggest expense).

For the work it is advisable to ask for several estimates to several companies and make a comparative.
