The programs (recreational, functional) are distributed on the first floor.
It has a double-height kitchen and living room, two single bedrooms and one en suite and an office area.
The idea is to achieve spaciousness with open spaces in the day areas, so the kitchen is integrated into the living room forming a sequence of spaces and a spatial continuity that can be expanded by opening completely to the outside.
We also have a pergola area from which you can enjoy the views of the gardens and pool.
We have a current aesthetic marked by neutrality in the use of materials and glass, both inside and outside, printing a modern and simple language, where the protagonists are light and space, without forgetting the essence of Mediterranean architecture.
