The design has been planned with a set of volumes, pergolas, overhangs, etc., which together with the lighting makes it a really striking building.
The plot where it is implanted has an upward slope from the street, which makes the house is high when we are entering, emulating the Greek temples in its concept and giving bearing to the whole.
To this we have to add the organization of the outdoor areas in line with the interior and the infinity pool related to the pergola-lounge area, all very open.

Regarding distribution and program, we find a very peculiar house with only one bedroom en suite on the first floor and living room-kitchen-dining room diaphanous.
This floor has a height of 3m.
The second floor and basement are accessed from the outside.
Upstairs is distributed in a study area, a bathroom and a magnificent solarium studied to be sunny all day.
Below ground level we find a space that occupies the entire footprint of the house, very spacious, and a bathroom.
This is illuminated with different English patios strategically placed that provide clarity despite being basement.
