Villa Romana I is a development composed of two semi-detached houses.
The original design has given rise to two other developments that are based on the essence of Villa Romana I; Villa Romana II and Villa Romana III.
The homes are composed of two main volumes, in which the architecture, design and choice of materials stand out.
With respect to the program, the distributions of the houses are organized in two main areas; of a more public nature on the first floor (where the kitchen, living room and dining room are located) and of a more private nature on the second floor (bedrooms and bathrooms).
