Villa Rey is organized on two floors, on the first floor we find mainly the common spaces; living room, kitchen, dining room, porch area, pool and garden, and on the upper floor the more private spaces.
The idea is to achieve spaciousness with open spaces in the day areas, keeping in mind at all times the outdoor space and integrating it.
Without forgetting the orientation, which has been previously studied, to ensure sunlight to the house and pool.
