The house stands out for its volumetry, defined mainly by two heights to generate different spaces.
Thanks to the volumes, a double-height space is generated that maximizes the interaction between the interior and exterior.
The distribution of the house is organized in two main areas; of a more public nature (where the kitchen, living room and dining room are located) and of a more private nature (bedrooms and bathrooms).

The project also incorporates a semi-open area integrated by a modern pergola.
This space is conceived as a meeting place for family and friends.
Allowing to enjoy the wonderful views offered by both the environment and the architecture of the project.
