The house has a very common program; ground floor with living-dining-kitchen, forming a single open space and a bedroom with a bathroom.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one en suite, and a bathroom.
The plot is arranged in a very simple way: the house is attached to the dividing wall leaving space for the entrance, parking, porch and pool area.

The whole development of the project leads us to generate a wide range of spaces, interior connection with the exterior, Mediterranean architecture, etc.
It is a house with an air of Mediterranean architecture, where white, eaves and pergolas predominate.
Without forgetting the orientation that has been studied to ensure sunlight to both housing and outdoor areas.
