This single-family detached house is developed on two floors, with double-height spaces and open-air outdoor areas.
In the proposal of this single-family house, the spaces of more public use are distinguished, placing them on the first floor, and more private spaces, on the second floor.
In addition, spaces are developed that acquire great importance at double height.

Another feature of this proposal is the double-height space, from which you can see the outdoor areas; swimming pool, barbecue, green areas, etc.
The proposal also contemplates passive strategies that also optimize and promote lighting and ventilation in the house.
