The living room, kitchen, porch area, pool, garden and exteriors are at the same level, thus achieving a sequence of bioclimatic spaces and spatial visual continuity.
The idea is to achieve spaciousness with open spaces in the day areas, so the kitchen is integrated into the living room forming an area of 60m2 useful.

This area is expanded by opening completely to the outside with a porch and a porch.
We have a current aesthetic marked with sloping cuts that give dynamism to its volume, all on horizontal lines and without forgetting Mediterranean nuances.
