Partimos de la base de una parcela en esquina, que presenta un fuerte desnivel de una esquina a la otra y un programa muy completo. La geometr\u00eda rota ha estado presente durante todo el proceso de dise\u00f1o, con una ideas claras desde el inicio.<\/p>

Ubicada en una urbanizaci\u00f3n muy consolidada, se trata de un solar con geometr\u00eda semicircular, haciendo esquina, con su lado curvo mirando a las vistas y orientaci\u00f3n nordeste. Al organizar las distintas piezas en planta se tuvo en cuenta la distribuci\u00f3n de la zona de ocio y su relaci\u00f3n con la huella de la vivienda, sin olvidar la piscina de tal forma que sea lo m\u00e1s soleada posible. En cuanto a las alturas, se organiza aprovechando el desnivel de la parcela para situar la entrada a aparcamiento.<\/p>

La edificaci\u00f3n se dispone junto al lindero sur, dejando un pasillo, de tal forma que la zona de ocio se desarrolla de forma amplia en la superficie restante del terreno. La piscina se dispone junto a la alineaci\u00f3n curva a la calle y permite un \u00e1mbito de jard\u00edn.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
